  • 游泳除了是競技比賽的項目之外,更為求生基本技能之一。游泳之姿勢可分為捷泳、蛙泳、仰泳、蝶泳。本課程針對蛙泳教學,依學生之程度分為下列五個部份:(一)無依靠漂浮;(二)蛙泳划手;(三)蛙泳划手+換氣;(四)划手+換氣+踢腳(五)其它泳姿教學。期能協助學生在課程中學習水中活動的正確觀念,並養成定期運動的好習慣。
